MEET OUR MINISTRY TEAM
President/Founder of NCF Ministries
Rev. Gregory L. Fleck has played an active role in substance abuse recovery ministries for many years. Being raised in a minister’s home, he realized early on the challenges associated with ministry, and was witness to many different counseling situations. Through his own life experiences, Rev. Fleck is equipped with unique perspectives into the lives of substance abusers, and the Christian principles that are most effective in helping them. Recognizing the need for a more comprehensive approach to recovery, New Creation Foundation was born. Rev. Fleck is an ordained minister with the Independent Assemblies and a Certified Faith-Based Clinical Counselor through IIFBC.

Women’s Program Coordinator
Vernita McCrary entered Teen Challenge in 2003 lost and hopelessly addicted much like the women she mentors at the New Creation Bethel House. Miss V, a name the students have adopted over time, ultimately attended Teen Challenge Bible College in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2007 Miss V accepted God‘s calling on her life, accepting a leadership role at Teen Challenge, making her an influential figure in facilitating relationships with Jesus Christ. In March of 2013, Miss V became a welcome addition to the New Creation Team and currently functions as the Women’s Program Coordinator.
Cliff came to New Creation Restoration Center in 2015 after a loss in his life sent him into a tailspin. He threw a 20-year sobriety to the wind and stepped back into alcohol and drugs. He thanks God and the pastors at New Creation for helping him restore family relationships, and build a solid foundation on Jesus Christ. God has blessed Cliff with the skills and knowledge of building, so that he may pass them on to the men of New Creation to use in their new life with Jesus.
Cliff now serves as Vocation Coordinator, mentoring and teaching skills as he oversees the remodeling crews and general facility maintenance.
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3: 17
Women’s Residential Coordinator
Kim came to New Creation after becoming homeless due to many years of fighting addiction, identity crisis, and finally losing all hope. She found freedom through a true understanding of how much Jesus loved her right where she was. Kim has a passion to help women become free from their life-controlling issues by understanding who they are in Christ Jesus and who the Word of God says they are. Kim serves as Residential Coordinator, overseeing the operations of our Bethel House campus as well as supervising house cleaning crews and most importantly, counseling and mentoring the women in our Bethel House program. You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good, what is now being done, the saving of many lives. Genesis 50:20
Jennifer entered the doors of New Creation in June of 2015 with the idea that she would get off of drugs and clean her life up, not knowing that it was the beginning of her becoming the Woman of God she was created to be. She now serves as Marketing Coordinator, managing our Thrift Store and scheduling fundraisers as well as counseling and mentoring the women in our Bethel House program. Jennifer brings her passionate love for God into every detail of her ministry. Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
