Greg Fleck
President/Founder of NCF Ministries
Rev. Gregory L. Fleck has played an active role in substance abuse recovery ministries for many years. Being raised in a minister’s home, he realized early on the challenges associated with ministry, and was witness to many different counseling situations. Through his own life experiences, Rev. Fleck is equipped with unique perspectives into the lives of substance abusers, and the Christian principles that are most effective in helping them. Recognizing the need for a more comprehensive approach to recovery, New Creation Foundation was born. Rev. Fleck is an ordained minister with the Independent Assemblies and a Certified Faith-Based Clinical Counselor through IIFBC.

Lisa Fleck
Executive Director of Women’s Ministries/Co-founder
After 30 years in the corporate sector, Lisa left her position to join her husband and fulfill the call on her life to minister to women. It is her passion helping women find an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ that drives her to challenge women not to settle for the ordinary. To find, in Christ, the fulfillment of true love and forgiveness.
Lisa is an ordained minister with the Independent Assemblies and a Certified Faith-Based Clinical Counselor through IIFBC. She serves as the Director of Women’s Ministries for the Foundation.

David T. Van Buskirk
Vice President / COO
Growing up in a broken home and early childhood exposure to drugs and alcohol cleared a path to addiction at a young age. Though his mother, from time to time, would seek solace for their family in church services, they never regularly attended any one church. Dave never understood the gospel, nor do he ever remember hearing the message of the cross. As a young adult he found himself very broken and with a serious addiction to both drugs and alcohol.
When it seemed like all hope was lost, he had a very powerful and life changing encounter with Jesus Christ that set him free from the bondage of addiction. As he grew in his relationship with Christ, he felt called to proclaim this same message of freedom to others who struggle with addiction.
Dave has been working in the ministry of faith-based drug and alcohol recovery for 15 years becoming an ordained minister and Pastor. We are proud to have him as a member of the administrative staff at New Creation Foundation, as he continues to help others in finding freedom from addiction through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
“Though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.” 2 Corinthians 4:16

Bobby Bonnettes
Men's Program Coordinator
Bobby grew up in church where he began playing music at an early age. Later he allowed alcohol to overtake his life and take him away from his family, friends and all that he loved. He ran from the church and from the calling God had placed on his life for many years, until he came to the point that he was finally tired of running.
Bobby came to New Creation Foundation’s Gideon House men’s program in 2018. Upon graduation, he became a member of the leadership team as the Lawn Care Coordinator.
When he finally submitted to the call on his life, God began to use him to help other men stop running and find the call of God in their lives. He loves how God is using him and gives Him all the glory and thanks to New Creation Foundation for being such a huge part in the restoration of his life to the Lord.
Bobby now serves as Men’s Program Coordinator, mentoring men and showing them how to find freedom from addiction through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
“We no longer believe just because of what you said; now we have heard for ourselves, and we know that this man really is the Savior of the world.” John 4:42

Jennifer Malone
Women’s Education Coordinator
Jennifer entered the doors of New Creation in June of 2015 with the idea that she would get off of drugs and clean her life up, not knowing that it was the beginning of her becoming the Woman of God she was created to be. She now serves as Women’s Education Coordinator, managing our Thrift Store and scheduling fundraisers as well as counseling and mentoring the women in our Bethel House program. Jennifer is a Licensed Minister with the Independent Assemblies and brings her passionate love for God into every detail of her ministry. Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

Cliff Grive
Vocational Coordinator
Cliff came to New Creation Restoration Center in 2015 after a loss in his life sent him into a tailspin. He threw a 20-year sobriety to the wind and stepped back into alcohol and drugs. He thanks God and the pastors at New Creation for helping him restore family relationships, and build a solid foundation on Jesus Christ. God has blessed Cliff with the skills and knowledge of building, so that he may pass them on to the men of New Creation to use in their new life with Jesus.
Cliff now serves as Vocation Coordinator, mentoring and teaching skills as he oversees the remodeling crews and general facility maintenance.
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3: 17

Victor is a former post-secondary education instructor in College Mathematics and English. He is currently in pursuit of his Berean Pastoral Certification through Global University.
Victor has dedicated this portion of his life to the calling that God has placed upon him to help others and to provide the testimony of what God has done for him and that He can and will do for them.
